Terms and conditions

Regulation and Entry into Force
These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between you and the Official Swiss Ski School Leukerbad AG (hereinafter referred to as SSSSL).

The contract between you and the SSSSL is concluded upon the unconditional acceptance of your registration. From this point on, the rights and obligations arising from the contract (including these General Terms and Conditions) become effective for both you and the SSSSL. If the booking person registers additional clients, they are responsible for the contractual obligations of these clients (particularly payment) as if they were their own obligations.

Services and Prices
Our services are outlined in the brochure and on the website. Special requests from you require the approval of the school management. The course prices are available in the brochure or on the website. Prices are stated per person unless otherwise mentioned. The base price is in CHF. Conversion to EUR occurs when paying according to an exchange rate set by SSSSL, taking into account the current exchange rate.

The SSSSL expressly reserves the right to change brochure details, service descriptions, and prices in brochures and price lists. Should this happen, SSSSL will notify you before the contract is concluded.

The use of ski lifts is not included in the ski course fee (unless otherwise stated).

The stated prices do not include VAT, as SSSSL is not obligated to charge it.

Payment
Credit card payments for the ski school are processed by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT. Please send an email to support@payyo.ch for any inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.

We recommend making an early reservation to ensure that we can confirm the desired services for you. Payment is due immediately after the contract is concluded. In the ski school office, we accept, in addition to cash in CHF, EUR, and REKA checks, also ec-direct, Postcard, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, and REKA Card.
