The protection of your personal data is a matter of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively based on the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contacting Us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Data Storage
We point out that for the purpose of facilitating the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the name, address, phone number, email address, credit card number, and other data provided by the invoice recipient, using cookies.

In addition, personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the service recipient is stored for contract processing. The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties except for the transmission of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations, and to data service providers that ensure the operation of our database, IT, and newsletter system. We have entered into a processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR with these providers.

Data stored by us will be deleted after an aborted purchase process. In the case of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).

Data processing is based on the statutory provisions of § 96 Para 3 TKG and Art 6 Para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.

Our website uses so-called cookies or storage. These are pieces of information stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm.

If you book with us, make a purchase, send us an inquiry, or request information or brochures, we process your personal data according to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit b, f GDPR. On our website, you can also subscribe to our newsletter. In the newsletters, we inform you about updates to our product/service, news, and topics of interest tailored to your preferences and holiday wishes. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect and store the data you enter in the form (e.g., last name, first name, email address, postal address) and enrich this with interests derived from your holiday preferences. We use your data for direct marketing as per Article 21 GDPR and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f GDPR to provide you with personalized information about our services. Data is not shared with third parties. Subscribing to the newsletter is only possible with your consent, using the double opt-in procedure.

You can object to the use of your data for sending emails related to bookings and newsletters at any time with future effect. We use the "NumBirds" service from Sports and Tourism Digital Services GmbH, 6020 Innsbruck, Brixnerstraße 3/3 for newsletter creation. We have a processing agreement with this company to ensure confidentiality of your data.

Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
