General terms and conditions
Accidents: The guests of our Snow sports School are not insured against accidents. Arrangements for accident and liability insurance are cause of the participants. The Snow sports School declines all responsibility for accidents occurring before, during or after lessons.
Group lessons: Our lessons will take place in all weather conditions. Group lessons from 4 persons. If this minimum number of persons is not reached, the group reduced to 2 participants, the Snow sports School reserves the right to combine or to shorten the lesson.
In high seasons (Christmas and New Year / February), we suggest to make a reservation. You have your place if you confirm your reservation no later than 6.00 pm on Sunday at our office, before lessons starts.
Private Lessons: Reservations recommended! The Snow sports School guarantee the reservation only if the reservation will be paid the evening before lessons starts. (See opening times).
Tickets: are personal and not transferable.
Reimbursement: Tickets from lessons will only be reimbursed in case of injury or illness only upon presentation of a medical certificate of a doctor from Leukerbad. Only the difference will be reimbursed. A transfer / credit to a next season is not possible. The reimbursement will be made in cash, and can only be receive at the office of the ski school.
Failure of lessons due to weather (force majeure) such as storms, avalanches, etc, will not be reimbursed. We recommend making a ski school adverse weather insurance.
Returns policy in case of accident or illness: The spent days are calculated according to tariff. Every commenced day will be charged in full.
Following services are included with 3 - 5 half days lessons:
- Swiss Snow League Test included award. The award is given only in passing the course!
- Ski races for children with prizes and medals.
As payment we accept CHF, EURO and Reka check as cash. At the ski school office we accept Eurocard / Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Postcard. Euro is price indication, calculation on daily exchange rate.
